I can remember a time when I was going through a series of hardships. I was a shop owner, mum, wife, teacher, we recently had lost of little brother in law, and was at a lost as to where and what I was actually here for.
I beautiful customer who had been observing my journey though so much of me that one day when I was at the lowest of low, unbeknown to her, gave me a book full of words to encourage me and give me hope.
She had no idea what that meant to me and how much a simple gift could take me from despair and send me on the road again.
Take a moment of your day and wherever possible encourage someone. Say "thank you" ask "how is your day" "Great job you are doing". Let people know that they are appreciated. |
